You may cancel your contract for AiDEXTM , EquilTM Patch Insulin Pump and Exactive EQTM Blood Glucose Meter products before you receive notification of shipment by contacting us immediately via contact@diabetescloud.org or WhatsApp .

Your item must be in the same condition that you received. The product packaging is unopened and the outer seal has not been tampered with* , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To address defects in a product, customers are advised to provide evidence of the defect to customer service. This evidence could be in the form of a short video or a screenshot that clearly demonstrates the issue with the product. Such proof is necessary to assist customer service in understanding and resolving the problem effectively.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
