Equil S Insulin Pump:
The Equil S is a lightweight, adhesive, and tubeless insulin patch pump designed to seamlessly integrate with LinX or AiDEX Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems, creating a fully automated, closed-loop diabetes management system. It features wireless connectivity (Bluetooth) to a Personal Diabetes Assistant (PDA) controller for advanced, real-time insulin delivery.

Weighing just 31 grams and measuring 64×39mm, the Equil S pump is designed for compact convenience. The pump includes an integrated, long-lasting battery that powers the device for up to 7 full days. The battery charges in just 30 minutes, offering quick and easy recharging. The self-adhesive pad ensures secure attachment to the body, while its 300U onboard insulin reservoir delivers insulin through a soft cannula, eliminating the need for tubes or wires for improved comfort and convenience.

Closed-Loop Features:

Automated Insulin Delivery: Adjusts insulin dosing in real-time based on continuous glucose data from LinX or AiDEX CGM systems, reducing the need for manual adjustments.
Hypoglycemia Prevention: Automatically suspends insulin delivery during low glucose levels to protect against hypoglycemia.

What's Included in Equil Insulin Pump startup Kit

Personal Diabetes Assistant (PDA) - 1 PCS

The PDA is the main interface and control for the entire system and is equipped with a blood glucose testing function. It is compatible with MicroTech Exactive EQ blood glucose test strips. Please do not let others handle your PDA, except your qualified healthcare professional. And do not drop or immerse in water as this could cause a malfunction.

Insulin Pump - 1 PCS

The pump is used to administer insulin for people with diabetes, Please be sure to operate in strict accordance with this user manual. This product can only be used to administer U-200 insulin. And only MicroTech Medical disposable supplies should be used with the pump. Your healthcare professional should develop a customized insulin delivery protocol for you. And you should keep in frequent contact with your healthcare professional and us for any further technical support.

The Cannula inserter is used to the cannula ( use a cannula assembly) into the pump base and infusion site.

The included charger can be used in wall outlets rated at AC 110V-250V 50- 60Hz. Connection to outlets that are outside this range can cause damage. Use only MicroTech’s electrical components and accessories included in your startup Kit.

Equil insulin patch pump battery Pump Battery - 2 PCS

Make sure charged battery is always installed whenever you use a new insulin reservoir. The startup kit always comes with two batteries, use the charger (illustrated in below photo) to charge the spare battery.The PDA always monitors and reports the pump battery level.

Equil S Patch Insulin Pump Warranty & Return

Pump and pump consumables are covered by warranty policies as below.

Equil™ pump kit: is covered with a 4 years warranty from the date of installation mentioned in your training programme booklet, warranty only against product defects.

Equil™ infusion set : is covered with a 3 years warranty from the date of manufacturing printed on the set package, warranty only against product defects.

Equil™ reservoir : is covered with a 3 years warranty from the date of manufacturing printed on the reservoir package, warranty only against product defects.

If you wish to report a defect in your Pump or Pump Consumables, please contact our technical support team by phone or request call back.

Pump and pump consumables are Medical Devices that are non-returnable, non-refundable if the product outer seal had been tampered*. All item must be in the same condition that you received to be eligible for return.

How often do you change to fill Equil™ Insulin Pump?

Change your infusion set every 48–72 hours. The Equil™ Insulin Pump equipped with 200 insulin unit reservoir capacity.

Does the Equil have an integrated continuous glucose meter (CGM)?

We appreciate your patience, but please don't worry. Microtech medical is developing the Closed Loop system "artificial pancreas". For the time being you can depend on AiDEX to have real time glucose monitoring with low/high alerts. Which will help you and your physician adjust your doses accurately.

Is it necessary to register an account to place an order?

Yes, The Equil™ Insulin Pump is a medical device, all customers are required to register in order to ensure that their orders end up in the right hands.

Upon registration, you have easy access to all the information you need, including order history, invoices, and replacements and easy access to customer service.
