Exactive EQ^TM blood glucose and Exactive Test Strips are covered by warranty policy as below. 

Exactive EQ™ startup kit: is covered with a 2 years warranty from the date of manufacturing printed on the kit package, warranty only against product defects. 

Exactive EQ™ Test Strips: Have maximum of three year shelf store from manufacturing date printed on the Test Strips  package, and covered by a 1 year warranty from manufacturing date against product defects

Exactive EQ^TM Meter And Exactive EQ^TM Test Strips are Medical Devices that are non-returnable, non-refundable if the product outer seal had been tampered*. All item must be in the same condition that you received to be eligible for return.
