Pump and pump consumables are covered by warranty policies as below.

Equil™ pump kit: is covered with a 4 years warranty from the date of installation mentioned in your training programme booklet, warranty only against product defects.

Equil™ infusion set : is covered with a 3 years warranty from the date of manufacturing printed on the set package, warranty only against product defects.

Equil™ reservoir : is covered with a 3 years warranty from the date of manufacturing printed on the reservoir package, warranty only against product defects.

If you wish to report a defect in your Pump or Pump Consumables, please contact our technical support team by phone or request call back.

Pump and pump consumables are Medical Devices that are non-returnable, non-refundable if the product outer seal had been tampered*. All item must be in the same condition that you received to be eligible for return.

*For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened products.
